Behind it all is Philani — a well-known Xitsonga content creator and influencer who’s no stranger to hustle. From filming videos to flipping meat over hot coals, Philani lives and breathes Gaza energy. Born and raised in a humble home, he started this kitchen not just to feed people, but to uplift his community.
